Can anyone explain how it’s evident that the number of combinations is evident to be less than 50,000.
I am unable to comprehend it from the explanation given

What you mean by this is,

There are 50,000 combinations
But
Combined numbers are less than 50,000

As many combinations end up in the same Combined number?
