An Arithmetic Problem from Foundations Quiz

Hi there.

Can’t seem to get my head around the following problem from the Foundation Google Sheet quiz

I simply chose numbers 101 to 105 and eliminated option 1,and found option 2 working.

But I am unable to figure out what makes option 3 incorrect. There are innumerable cases. Is there a concept that I am missing?

Hi, option 3 is NOT correct, right? Because they share the factor of 1
