There are 6 triangles with equal area (in bigger parallelogram ) out of which 2 are from shorter triangle
So I guess it should be 2/6 => 1/3 not sure can you check and confirm once

To be sure you can reason it as 2 triangles having the same height but one have 1/3 base.
let base = 3
Area Triangle Small / Area triangle Big = 1/3

Area of parallelogram = (1/2) x diagonal1 x diagonal 2
one diagonal is common between the two, other is (1/3rd) then the ratio 1:3
