BB TC and SE materials

Dear altruists, I have some questions.

  1. Are BB TC comparable to the new ETS materials? I mean ​should I practice them because sometimes I find them a bit different?

  2. Where should I practice SE? Since there are not many questions in ETS. I have magoosh account but I think they are also different than ETS because when I practice from ETS, I can correct most of the questions whereas I struggle with magoosh.

  3. How many 3 blankers I will have in the real exam? I am thinking to avoid them.

These are my opinions for your questions:

  • Yes, even sometimes ETS takes questions out the Big Book. There are a few text completion questions in the new GRE Verbal Practice/Official Guide book that are similar to ones in the Big Book.
  • Learn vocab. To hone your vocab knowledge, you can explore our contents on vocab here: https://www.gregmat.com/vocab. We do have GRE Vocab Mini quiz that covers sentence equivalence as well.
  • Usually 1-2 questions.
