How you have concluded cooperation for the second blank I thought it could be intervention?

After doing blank(i) we have the following structure:

Neither Philosophers nor Practice alone Changes reality .
Hence , Alone = Not Change

Now, shift is : What in fact changes : -----> So go against the idea of blank (i)
Reality and revolution is ______ of two

Hence , Together = Change —> So blank (ii) would be something related to working together/cooperation
