Hello Gre fans,
I am doing good in blank questions and small passages. However, big book long passages are killing me. It is taking at least 18 minutes for me and in some cases 30 minutes though Greg suggests not to take more than 13-14 minutes. Still, I am not able to judge correct answers. The number of correct answers vary from 3 to 5. Can anyone suggest me how I may improve my accuracy within a month?
Are you able to find the main idea
of the passages? If not then start from improving that!
Thank you for your suggesting
How long do you suggest to take before attempting questions?
This is how I planned mine verbal section: 1min
per TC and SE and 2mins
per RC
Also, I attempt 2 Blankers
→ ShortPassage
→ 3 blanker
→ SE
→ 1 Blanker
→ LongPassage
and if I got 2 medium length
passage instead of short then I attempt them in succession.

You plan to keep around 20 minutes for the reading questions, right?
As we have to do 20 question in 30 mins ; I mostly want to complete attempting my verbal section at around 21-22 mins so, that I’ve at-least 8 mins to check or this was the plan but at the real test I got like around 4 mins to re-check but you need to practice with at-least leaving 5 mins for re-checking !
The time that I mentioned is the maximum time I will give to a question type !
