Some other Big Book questions I’d love help with:
- Consider the region not common to the two figures.
- Find \angle MPQ. Use that to find x. Then show that x = y. It’s important to use the parallel side properties here.
- AB can be nearly equal to DC. Would the ratio not be greater than 1/2? Similarly, what if AB is nearly zero? In other words, look for extremes.
- Find x first. The rest falls apart.
