How do we apply simplification on steroids or some words are important techniques on a passage like this?
With factual passage it gets a little tricky to define function.

Actually in short passages simplifying on steroids’ is not that useful because we have enough time to simplify each sentence.
For eg: In this passage a method is introduce and then rest of the passage is just describing the method.
