For Q14, if you substitute 1 and 0 for x, you can clearly see that Qa is zero for both, but Qb changes. For one option, Qa=Qb, for another Qb>Qa. So option D

For Q11, the two lines don’t necessarily pass through the center of the circle, so we can’t say the opposite sectors are symmetrical.
Here’s an extreme example where the shaded regions might be of equal area, but A and B will be unequal.
