I understand the entire passage except the last two sentences. Due to this I am completely lost in the last question.

I take it that, traditional quantum mechanics go against Einsteins approach, and if those experiments had not supported the predictions of traditional quantum mechanics then → Wouldnt that mean Einsteins approach was correct?
