What is the evidence for Manage and not Transcribe here?
This is what I did initially:
“by” is support the first and second idea. Second idea is that it reduced into parcels, so first idea should be is is an attempt to “reduce” experience ( my guess for the blank was reduce)

B: write it down - which I assumed is similar to “reducing in discrete parcels”
C: no evidence
D: positive word
E: neutral
It’s “by reducing it into discrete parcels”. IIRC there’s some weird definition of “manage” that means to break things down.
