Was absolutely lost in this question. Chose E but correct answer is B.
Can someone please explain how to reach B by the techniques taught by Greg?

Firstly tell us how you got to E and how you eliminated B. Youâll learn more from it that way.
Can I piggy back here? I have the same question. I got E because the word they had certainty in the belief that the world was designed for humans. So that told me they felt restricted to that belief.
The that in the second part of the sentence act as a support. RHS of that is the idea they lost something and the LHS is implying people are trying to find something - that made me come to a word like substitutes or parallels or equivalents, ⴠI was able to eliminate A & C. I was easily able to eliminate D as the first hampered does not make sense. As for B & E, I chose E as the second part of the sentence i.e. many people try to find⌠suggest that they are looking for something - which implies that they are free and not restricted anymore and hence E. Not sure how sustained is a better choice here.
@ganesh could you please guide?
How does certainty in something imply you are restricted to only that?
Not quite, how would you break this sentence into ideas?
I wouldnât say so. Trying to find something doesnât imply you were restricted before.
When you âtry to findâ something else, it implies what exists currently is not good enough.
It doesnât. So sustained is the best case here because there is no solid evidence to support any other choice.
