Big Book Test 6: Section 2 Q:7

In above question, Greg simply said, that something that is not done simultaneously would be done successively and rest is overthinking. Hence Option B is correct.

but my question is, how uniform is working in first Blank? There is no hint of Uniform 3-D appearance in sentence plus, Is it even grammatically correct to use uniform with 3D appearance? What would that even mean?

How did I approached it:

  1. As “;” implies support, and left side says, “Not done simultaneously” hence,
i). Sympathetically would not work, because no hint of Sympathy in question. Hence D is wrong.
ii) Coincidentally and comprehensively is connoting towards “working simultaneously” which is opposite, hence A and C is wrong.
  2. I eliminated B because of grammar usage. As uniform 3D appearance was not making sense.
  3. As they have used word illusion, Hence I used something which implies towards 3D. So I chose E. as Schematic means Simplistic or Simplified. An illusion of simplistic 3D appearance.

May you help me clear above doubt and where I went wrong in my approach?

Thank you
