This was my thought process but wondering if there is an easier way to solve this:

Let PQ = 6 (diameter)
Then OR = 3 (radius)
since <ROS =90, RS has to be > 3 (largest side of the triangle)
let RS = 3.5 , the PQ/RS = 6/3.5 which is less than 2/1 therefore B is bigger
