Can mutually exclusive events dependant?

Here in the prepswift Quant probability with Venn diagram video, Greg said

Mutually exclusive events, are at one extreme of spectrum opposite to complete dependence.

However
For example if we toss a coin, getting a head makes the probability of tail 0.

Can’t we say these mutually exclusive events are also dependant as outcome changes probability of another outcome to zero.

The two events are indeed not independent. However, is it the case that if head occurs, tail must happen? That’s the question of complete dependent - one is inside the other.
