Let just put Thing 1 in-place of Capitol and Thing 2 in-place of White House and Group 1 and Group 2 as Secretary and Congressman

When I simplify, I hear that as “there’s a good reason why these buildings are far apart, and that’s because Secretaries hate Congresspersons.”
