Can you use paper in test center? White board requirement for at home

Hi everyone! I am debating between taking the exam at home v.s. at a test center. My hesitation with the at home test is using a white board instead of scrap paper for quant sections because I think it will slow me down. If I take it at a test center, am I able to use paper and pencil?

You will be given a paper and pencil in the test center, whereas you are correct that you must use a whiteboard for at home testing.
