I recently watched parts 1 and 2 of Fractions, Decimals, Percents and Ratios as recommended in the 2 month study plan. Greg noted the importance of knowing how to convert certain fractions, decimals and percents by memory to help with time.
Does anyone have a cheat sheet or resources of such “common” conversions that I could study? Or is there a rule of which are “common”? For example, 1/2 = .5 = 50%. Or, 1/4 = .25 = 25%. Or, 3/4 = .75 = 75%. Those I’ve got down but what are the others I am missing?
Also - I understand it is important for me to comprehend how exactly to get those calculations, but I’d like to get a sense of what fractions/decimals/percents are considered so common I ought to learn them by rote. Is 77% common? Is 62% common?
