Hello, I have participated in a couple of Zoom classes. But I am having some technical problems that I don’t have with my other Zoom calls. During GregMat classes, I don’t have access to mic nor my raised hands acknowledged. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. Can you please help? TIA

You will have access to the microphone if Greg acknowledges your raised hand. When he allows you to speak, there’ll be a feature popping up on your screen to unmute yourself. If that doesn’t happen, usually it’s because Greg doesn’t take your question. In live classes, there are a lot of people raising their hands and he’ll select randomly, not in order. However, in certain classes, such as Have a Beer or Have a Coffee, if you come early to the class and raise your hand immediately 10-15 minutes before the class starts, you are more likely to get your chance to be selected.
