Are there any Unit Conversions we are expected to know for the GRE or will they be provided as a part of the question. eg. 1km=1000m
You are expected to know common metric conversions, like the one you mentioned, relationship between metres and centimetres etc. You are not expected to know imperial/USC measurements, like feet, miles, inches etc - any such conversions required will be provided for you in the question.
