Computer Test Taking Strategies

Looking for any tips on how to efficiently use the scratch paper as someone who is a stronger test taker when taking paper-based tests vs computer-based. When I take the paper versions of the test (the practice exams in the ETS Official Guide for example), I am scoring well on both sections, but on the actual computer-based exam, I am struggling because I am unable to underline words / sentences as I go and unable to physically cross out answer choices to stay organized. However, writing out A, B, C, D, E on my scratch paper for every single question seems like it would waste too much time? Particularly with the reading passages, when I am able to underline as I go, my active reading is much stronger than when I have to read off of the computer screen
