Concern regarding specificity

So my concern regarding this question is the answer choice stating “orbits of ANY neighboring planets.” I don’t think the stimulus provides sufficient evidence to justify the slingshot behavior effects any neighboring planets. The stimulus provides evidence by stating “travel close enough to neighboring planets to disturb their orbits also.” The stimulus doesn’t provide evidence to suggest this piece of evidence is large enough in scope to warrant justifying disrupting all other orbits of all other plants.

Not sure how to make sense of this question but unsure if my concerns regarding the scope of the answer choice vs the scope of the evidence make sense?

The text does not specify that this will happen to all neighboring planets, just those that are close enough to be affected.

Thus,
III. Affect the orbits of any neighboring planets : The passage says that the scattered planets will likely then travel close enough to neighboring planets to disturb their orbits also. However, it does not specify that this will happen to all neighboring planets, just those that are close enough to be affected. Therefore, while it’s likely that they could affect the orbits of neighboring planets, it may not be all neighboring planets.
