are current GRE verbal sections structure exactly the same as the big book sections?
are the related pair word problems on there too?

Nope. The current GRE has Text Completion, Sentence Equivalence (it is based on similar words and but you have to use them to fill the blank as well) and Reading Comprehension (which includes general passages and critical reasoning questions).
