I got the following question wrong:
How many years after 1971 show an increase over
the previous year in both the number of visitors
from the United States to Europe and the number
of foreign visitors to the 'United States?
A) Five B) Six C) Seven D) Eight E) Nine
I’m a bit confused on how to count the number of years. Since the increase happens from year to year, am I counting an increase from 1977-1978, for instance, as one year?
