Can someone explain how to approach this for me?

MY answer is wrong (B), what I was thinking was that you would do the choice method with A and J staying next to each other so the 5 slots are 2 *1 * 3 * 2 * 1, which = 12. However, since its a circular table I figured that would take away some of the 12 options and thus B is greater.
