So, 32.5/100 = 0.3 something
And option D 5/17 = 0.3 something

Am I doing right way ?

What I am assuming you have done:
Divided Lemon’s portion in 2 parts of 7.5 each and distributed that equally to Cherry and Lime

Why it’s wrong:
Because the 15% will not be split identically, but based on the proportions, ie cherry will get a larger portion
Part of lemon that goes to lime = \frac{25}{60+25}*15 = \frac{25}{85}*15
Total lime percent = 25 + \frac{25}{85}*15 = 25 * (1 + \frac{15}{85}) = 25 * (\frac{100}{85})
Proportion of lime = \frac{25 * (\frac{100}{85})}{100} = \frac{25}{85} = \frac{5}{17}

A much simpler method (choosing numbers):
Suppose that there are 100 candies - 15 lemon, 25 lime and 60 cherry
When 15 lemon are removed, the proportion of lime candies = \frac{25}{25+60} = \frac{5}{17}
