The words seem to be the same but under the “To Do” part for the 2-month plan, you start the flashcards on the Day 1 but start Vocab Mountain on Day 3. So what’s the difference? Which to follow? Is there a video on what constitutes each of the resources?

You have to consult the flashcards to learn the words on the mountain. The mountain is a spaced repetition exercised aimed at honing memorization, learning the cards before doing the mountain keeps things fruitful.
