Difference between Old GRE and Current GRE

Just wanted to check what is the difference in verbal section between ‘Old GRE’ i.e the questions from the big book and the current GRE, i.e. the current ETS guide.

Is it worth preparing from the big book?

In terms of verbal there’s no difference. It is absolutely worth preparing from the big book for verb
