When practicing quant problems I find it hard to do the math unless I write down the question on paper before solving. Do you all do this too? Or should I just be writing down the “additional steps” on my paper?
I mean everyone has there own way of doing things but the thing to keep in mind is the time ; you’ve got 35 mins for 20 question that means 1:45 min per question. On top of this , you want to leave at-least 5-10 mins to recheck your work and that leaves you with 25 to 30 mins to solve all the questions on the first go. I your current workflows allows for this then there is no need for you to change anything but if it doesn’t then you probably need to strategize how you approach solving .
