Doubt in BB Verbal Timed I S#10

Hi!
Doubt in this question:

My logic:

  1. First, paired: (i) religious, devotional; (ii) vocational, commercial; (iii) everyday, routine
  2. Predicted something opposite to prayer/ ritual should be the blank
  3. Chose vocational, commercial because:
  • religious, devotional = prayer, therefore opposite of what we want
  • everyday, routine = ritual (something which is repeated), therefore opposite of what we want

Can you please explain why this logic is flawed and why everyday, routine is the correct answer?

Ritual has 2 definitions. “everyday/routine” means ritual as in a habit, this is not related to religion at all. We want a pair that conveys the idea of “non-religious”, and the only PAIR here is everyday and routine. Vocational and commercial do not pair.

Okay understood now, was mis-pairing vocational/commercial.

Thanks!
