Doubt in reflection across a line in coordinate geometry

You can plot that line on a graph (roughly) and then try to understand the reflection.
Although, questions on such weird equation reflections are less common.

You can note that the line segment connecting the preimage and the reflected point must lie on a line perpendicular to the line you want to reflect over. Also note that the midpoint of the preimage and the reflected point must lie on the line you want to reflect over.
