Doubt in tc question

So in this question @gregmat said the two blanks should say the same thing. I don’t get it can anyone possibly explain me the solution

Because there are no contrasting words thus, sentence before the comma carries the same idea as sentence after it

oh that’s right there is no contrast in between so nothing in general is an obstruction to put two blanks same right?

In this first sentence, artistic efflorescence is equivalent to cultural creativity in the second part.
And commercial vitality is equivalent to spirit of acquisitiveness. So as there is no contrasting words used, both the sentence should convey same meaning. Now either it can be A is linked to B or A is not linked to B.
So as per the options intimately and inseparable from goes along as “linked”
There are no words common for “not linked”. Had there been such a case available as well, then I am also not sure how to answer in that scenario
