Doubt regarding the answer on prepswift: is it prime?

Question source : Prepswift : Is it Prime Quiz question no. 2:

How many factors does a prime number have?

The answer as per the quiz is 2. ( the number and 1)

However, shouldn’t the answer be 4 ( the number , 1 , -1 and negative of the number) ?
I feel the question should explicitly state positive factors in order to have the answer as 2.

Normally when ETS says “factors”, they mean positive factors (and if we are looking for negative factors as well, some indication to that effect would be given on a GregMAT+ question, such as “total”). That being said, we’ve explicitly mentioned that we are looking for positive factors.

Thank you. Please update the solution too.

Done.
