Doubt regards class problem

Hello there,

I was going through the lessons on Absolute Value and Real Numbers (two month plan -week 1 day 5) and had a doubt about one of the questions discussed.

Quantity A = |m + 25|
Quantity B = 25 - m

Plugging in values, m =0

Quantity A should be 25 or (- 25). Correct?

But it was explained that for m=0, Quantity A = 25 and Quantity B = 25.

Am I interpreting this incorrectly?

When you plug in m=0 then quantity A will be |0+25|=|25|=25(Because absolute value is always positive) and quantity B = 25-0=25. So for this case both are equal.
