Eight Points are equally spaced on a circle

This is a reviewed in the One Month Study Plan, Day 26, Dedicated Data Session 4. See min 40:30 for the start of the problem.

I understand why we do 1 * 3/7 * 2/6 * 1/5.

Why don’t we need to that result (1/35) by 3? Isn’t it possible that we could have a few more options here if we picked a different point as our first point?
