I guess the solution is wrong. Idk, but please check and confirm.
if the 1st term is 1/500 and there are 1000 terms, then wont it be till 1/1499 instead of 1/1000?
similarly for Quantity B.
And finally I got option D which relationship cannot be determined
Actually the 1000 and 1500 does not represent the number of digits in the range it represents the upper limit that is the last number so, Quantity A is from 500 to 1000 and Quantity B is from 1001 to 1500.
And 1/500 and its series clearly have a higher value when you convert it to decimal form compared to 1/1001. So it is definitely option A
That’s not what it means. In fact, it’s telling you to count to i = 1000 (inclusive) from i = 500 with a step of 1.
Similarly, for quantity B, it’s telling you to count up from i = 1001 to i = 1500 (inclusive).
