Exponent Rules

We say even ^ any no is always even and odd raised to any no i.e odd^even or odd^odd is always odd but even no like2 ^0 (which is even) is 1 and that is odd. If we get this in true or false what to do.

4^{\frac{1}{4}} = \sqrt{2} which is neither even nor odd.

The concept of even numbers is only for integers
