Factorial Calculations

Is there a trick or a shortcut in which we can solve factorial calculations for permutation easily. For example if there is a bigger number 13!/5!3! do we have to multiply everything using a calculator? Isn’t that tedious.

It’s likely that you won’t be asked to find the numerical value of something like: \frac{13!}{5! 3!} on the actual exam. The answer would just have you leave it as such instead of convert it to 8648640.
