For this RC question, I knew I had to look for the answer in the second paragraph. I selected option A because of the evidence. Looking back at it, maybe it’s an exaggeration and the option is too strong to be picked. But then how do I arrive at the solution? I am not able to select an answer with certainty. Please help.
