Functions are taking too much time. Should I move on?

I’ve been trying to understand the basics of functions but it’s taking up a lot of time and I still feel stuck. Would it be okay to skip the entire function topic for now (including Function 1 and 2, domain and range, even/odd functions)? Or is it something that other topics depend on? Basically, if I skip this, will it affect my understanding of future topics?

I’m following ‘I’m Overwhelmed Plan’.

Update- I watched ‘Everything you need to know about functions’ video suggested on one of the threads and now I am able to solve easy questions on all function topics. Should I move on to next topic in the course or keep hitting the questions until I reach medium fluency? I’m worried because I saw functions being used in coordinate geometry.

What do you mean “easy” questions? Where are you practicing?

‘Quant Problems’ under ‘Practice’ section on Gregmat. I filter by the topic and difficulty.

Functions are important. What might be the case is that the “Everything you need to know about functions” covers what you need.
