Hint: consider extremes. Find the maximum possible area.
Thank you for replying - I considered different types of polygons (regular quadrilaterals, non-regular ones up until decagons) and got the maximum area to be somewhere near, but less than 48. I understand how 34 is a possible area, and not the values above it. But how can I establish 5 and 15 to be possible areas as well? (please correct me if there’s an easier method to do this)
Think about when the area of the polygon is minimised - visualise a case when the area is (almost) zero.
