Calculate - out of the total expenditure in the category ‘Freight’, what percentage was NOT covered by the reimbursement.

Calculate the expenditure in Freight (\large\frac{60million \times6.8}{100} = 4.08 million)

Calculate the reimbursement in Freight (\large\frac{60million \times4.9}{100} = 2.94 million)
Out of 4.08 million, only 2.94 million was reimbursed. The remaining balance is 4.08 - 2.94 = 1.14 million
So, percentage not reimbursed in expenditure = \large\frac{1.14million \times100}{4.08} = 27.9 %
