GRE Quant Concern

Hi Guys,

This was my first week starting the two month plan and its been good so far, but the area I know I need to focus on is the Quant sections. To be honest I am feeling like maybe I stepped on a lego haha? I know it will probably take a bit to adjust and regain the confidence but I am kind of struggling on how to remain positive when studying this section, how did you do it?

Thanks and good luck to you all

Start from the easy problems and work your way through to the tough ones. You should definitely go through GRE Math Review it is a free PDF by ETS that will clear most of your concepts. Then you can go ahead and practice more difficult questions from Gregmat’s medium/hard difficulty classes. Good luck!

watch greg’s quant concept series! if you are feeling unconfident, it’s a sign you’re moving too fast. go back to the basics and work your way up from there.

btw, i know the feeling.

After getting done with solving questions try to dissect the one’s you’ve gotten wrong. Make a list of all the underlying concepts that questioned used and pinpoint where exactly did you made an error . Note it all down in a log so that before your practice test you can go through them and always remember reading about a concept is totally different from applying them.
