is there any specific way to attend quant section? like go straight from 1-20th question or start from 10th question? and go back.
Drop your way of approaching question.
It’s always comes down to “Play to your strengths”. For example, If you’re good at data interpretation questions then skip straight to those then do others. A point to be noted is that generally QC questions will waste the most time as you’ll need to cover edge cases. Other than that you should plan the section according to the results you’re getting in your mocks and practice.

For eg: When Greg says “I use pairing strategy for SE because it’s fast( time saving)” then you can see the effect of it on his diagnostic report (mostly all SE be under 45 sec).
