Hi, can someone help me figure out how we get to remainder 6? I get that 2^36/7 gives a remainder of 1, but then I’m not sure how subtracting 2 gives us remainder 6?? 
1 - 2 =-1 and you can add multiples of 7 without changing the remainder so you’re left with -1 + 7 = 6
