Do i need to go through gregmat quant questions also apart from practicing from Big Book, Official Guide and Quant Reasoning …for GRE exam?

It depends on your target score. If you’re aiming for high 160 scores, GregMat quant problems are great.
They expose you to a wider range of difficulty levels and sharpen your logic for tricky questions beyond what you’ll experience with the ETS official material and the Big book
