I have a problem choosing answer choice B in the following question (Correct answer is A, B and C)

I can’t decide why B is correct. While it states in the passage that the greenhouse allows visible sunlight in (I have highlighted that part), where does it say that visible sunlight is to make the plants grow?

I know that sunlight is important for plants to grow. But I am trying not to use outside knowledge.
