Hi , I am giving my gre in december , my subscription ended on nov 26 , and i just needed 1 more month , the subscription extension kept on getting declined for no apparent reason , So i went to FAQ. from there i placed an order via services , I just dont understand y do u keep it as 10 dollars there and ppl have to remember the discount code ! are you trying to scam us??? from ur website i was promised 5 dollars per month but u r took twice from me , Please refund my money!!!
Please calm down and email Greg. I’m guessing you’re from India and there was a notice in the members area regarding some issue with banks in India or something like that.

Its actually very simple reasoning for this , for each subscription via online order, Greg himself has to approve it manually.
I think our understanding of scamming is very different but when you try to buy 1 month sub via ordering the discount code is literally written below so you don’t even need to remember it but I am sure you were still scammed because the code must be written above not below.
You can write to support team at support@gregmat.com and explain you’re situation.
I’ve just purchased it without any issue and it shows as $10 at first and once you enter the discount it automatically changes to $5 and and you are charged only for that, please contact the support regarding this and keep the screenshots from your bank statements or the SMS you get once the transaction so that support team can look into it and resolve this, I see that it’s been around 20 days and I seriously hope that your issue has been resolved.
