Are the Quant and Verbal practise problems (levels Easy, Medium, Hard, Extreme) reflective of the difficulty we would see in the actual GRE test ? Do those questions have the same format / patterns as the actual GRE questions ?
GregMat’s drills use the same GRE question formats and covers the syllabus, but the “Hard/Extreme” labels are estimates based on local users’ success rates—only PowerPrep tests give official difficulty and adaptive scoring.
ETS alone has control over what appears on the test, and aside from their official mock resources and mentor program, no other material is considered official.
With that being said, GregMat’s practice problems can mirror the topics tested and means of expressing them, but the law of the land is reserved for ETS only, and we can only speculate difficulties.
