I hope this reaches the right person who can help me with a few questions regarding my study plan.
I subscribed to GregMat four days ago. I followed Magoosh for a month before this.
I started with the “I’m Overwhelmed” plan for Quant and have completed about three modules so far. My quiz scores have ranged anywhere from 53% to 93%. I know that’s not mastery, but I’ve noticed that certain topics in each module don’t always stick after the first attempt. So I’ve been revisiting those specific concepts over two to three days after the initial lesson to help cement them—and I’ve seen that this approach helps.
However, I find it a bit hard to revisit specific videos or topics within the Overwhelmed Plan. With PrepSwift, it’s easier to return to individual lessons using bookmarks and checklists—especially when reviewing after a missed quiz question. So I’m considering shifting entirely to PrepSwift for Quant to track weak areas more easily and keep the learning more structured. My aim is to complete the first round of Quant prep by the end of this month, while continuing to review older material daily.
One question I had: if the 11–21-question quizzes after each part in the Overwhelmed Plan are the primary distinction between that and PrepSwift, can I continue going back to those quizzes in the Overwhelmed Plan while primarily studying via PrepSwift? It might feel like a bit of back and forth, but I’d love to know if that’s a viable approach or if there’s a better way to handle this switch.
My test date is currently set for July 31st.
Could you please let me know:
- Is it okay to shift entirely to PrepSwift for Quant instead of following the Overwhelmed Plan?
- Should I entirely shift to PrepSwift for Verbal also instead of the One-Month Plan as recommended?
